If you want to run Ultimate SMS, you need to purchase sms gateway APIs from sms gateway providers like Twilio, nexmo, plivo etc. There are more than 80+ sms gateway APIs already integrated with Ultimate sms. You can choose one of these or you can also add your gateway using ultimate sms. Then you need to update your sms API credentials to Ultimate sms. Finally you can send your sms using sms gateway API through ultimate sms.
